ABOUT ME

Helping people feel understood, supported, and able to grow is at the heart of my work as a counselor. I hold an MA in Social Work and an MA in Counselling, and I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Social Thinking, as well as being an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.

MY APPROACH

My counseling approach is person-centred, meaning I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.
